LF353-N: problem of Gain bandwidth

我想模拟反相运算放大器,求证增益为10的时候,对应的Gain bandwidth的频率限制(-3dB点)为多少,我搜到Gain bandwidth 是4MHz,那么十倍增益对应带宽应该是400MHz,我实验验证也差不多这个值。但是模拟的时候发现17dB点对应的带宽是300KHz左右,和实际不符合,想知道我哪里出问题了,是我放大器增益带宽设置有问题吗,这个在哪设置。

I want to simulate an inverting op-amp, and I want to find out what is the frequency limit (-3dB point) of the corresponding Gain bandwidth when the gain is 10.
I found that the Gain bandwidth is 4MHz, so the bandwidth of 10 times gain should be 400MHz, and I experimented and verified that it is about the same value.
But when I simulated it, I found that the bandwidth of 17dB point is about 300KHz, which is different from the actual one.

    您好,

    应该是您使用仿真模型的问题,请注意您使用的仿真模型是 LF353,其GBW是3MHZ;而LF353-N的GBW是4MHZ。
