A1301KLHLT-T 产品详情

The A1301KLHLT-T is a continuous time ratiometric linear hall effect sensor IC in 3 pin SOT-23 package. It is optimized to accurately provide voltage output that is proportional to an applied magnetic field. This device has quiescent output voltage that is 50% of supply voltage. The hall effect integrated circuit included in each device contains hall circuit, linear amplifier and CMOS class A output structure. Integrating hall circuit and amplifier on a single chip minimizes many of problems normally associated with low voltage level analogue signals. High precision in output levels is obtained by internal gain and offset trim adjustments made at end of line during manufacturing process. These features make the A1301KLHLT-T ideal for use in position sensing systems for both linear target motion and rotational target motion.
