The MIC59150YME is a high-bandwidth, low-dropout, 1.5A linear voltage regulator ideal for powering core voltages of low-power microprocessors. The MIC59150YME implements a dual supply configuration allowing for a very low output impedance and a very fast transient response.
The MIC59150YME requires a bias input supply and a main input supply, allowing for ultra-low input voltages on the main supply rail. The device operates from an input supply of 1.0V to 3.8V and bias supply between 3V and 5.5V. The MIC59150YME offers adjustable output voltages down to 0.5V.
The MIC59150YME requires a minimum output capacitance for stability, working optimally with small ceramic capacitors.
