The PIC24FJ64GA104-I/PT is a 16-bit general purpose Flash Microcontroller with nanoWatt XLP technology. The low power microcontroller features 64kB flash memory, 8kB RAM and advanced peripherals. The PIC24FJ64GA104-I/PT family provides an expanded peripheral feature set and a new option for high-performance applications which may need more than an 8-bit platform, but do not require the power of a digital signal processor. The PIC24F CPU has a 16-bit (data), modified Harvard architecture with an enhanced instruction set and a 24-bit instruction word with a variable length opcode field. The Program Counter (PC) is 23 bits wide and addresses up to 4M instructions of user program memory space.
