STMicroelectronics ASx1P2T are high speed CMOS low voltage single/dual analog SPDT (single-pole doublethrow) switches or 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer switches manufactured using silicon gate C�MOS technology. With fast switching speed, break-before-make delay time and ultra low power consumption the ASx1P2T are ideal for portable applications. All inputs and outputs are equipped with protection circuits to protect against static discharge, giving them immunity from ESD and transient excess voltage.
