The ADA4899-1YRDZ is an Unity-gain Stable High Speed Operational Amplifier ideal for use in 16-bit and 18-bit systems with power supplies from ±5 to ±16V. It features a linear, low noise input stage and internal compensation that achieves high slew rates and low noise. The ADA4899-1YRDZ drives 100R loads at breakthrough performance levels with only 15mA of supply current. With the wide supply voltage range (4.5 to 12V), low offset voltage (230µV maximum), wide bandwidth (600MHz) and slew rate (310V/µs), the ultralow noise voltage feedback op amp is designed to work in the most demanding applications. This op amp also features an input bias current cancellation mode that reduces input bias current by a factor of 60.
