The ADA4817-1ARDZ is a Low Noise 1GHz Single FastFET™ Operational Amplifier developed with eXtra Fast Complementary Bipolar (XFCB) process, which allows the amplifier to achieve ultralow noise (4nV/√Hz, 2.5fA/√Hz) as well as very high input impedances. With 1.3pF of input capacitance, low noise (4nV/√Hz), low offset voltage (2mV maximum) and 1050MHz -3dB bandwidth, the ADA4817-1ARDZ is ideal for data acquisition front ends as well as wideband transimpedance applications such as photodiode preamps. With a wide supply voltage range from 5 to 10V and the ability to operate on either single or dual supplies, the unity-gain stable, ultrahigh speed voltage feedback amplifier with FET inputs is designed to work in a variety of applications including active filtering and ADC driving.
