The INN3677C-H601-TL from Power Integrations is an InnoSwitch™3-EP family offline CV/CC QR flyback switcher IC. This switcher IC with integrated 725V MOSFET, synchronous rectification and fluxLink feedback for applications up to 45W. It dramatically simplifies development and manufacturing of low voltage, high current power supplies particularly those in compact enclosures or with high efficiency requirements. This family combines primary and secondary controllers and safety-rated feedback into a single IC. The device incorporates multiple protection features including line over and under voltage protection, output overvoltage and over current limiting and over temperature shutdown. Device is available with standard and peak power delivery options and commonly used auto restart protection behaviours. It is used at auxiliary, standby and bias power supplies for appliances, computers and consumer products and utility meter, smart grid and industrial power supplies.
