Diodes' AL1676-20CS7-13 is a universal AC input (85 VAC to 277 VAC), high-power factor (PF), and high efficiency Buck LED driver. It provides accurate constant-current (CC) LED drive with good line and load regulation. Operating in boundary conduction mode (BCM) to reduce EMI and EMC issues, the AL1676-20CS7-13 works with a single winding inductor (no auxiliary winding required) non-isolated buck configuration. Coupled with its internal high-voltage MOSFET, the AL1676-20CS7-13 significantly reduces bill of material (BOM) cost of traditional non-dimmable lamp solutions. The AL1676-20CS7-13 integrates many protection features to enhance system safety and reliability. The AL1676-20CS7-13 is available with different power switch options, all in the SO-7 package, to meet different line voltage and lamp power requirements.
