The ADR3425ARJZ-R7 is a micropower, high accuracy 2.5V voltage reference in 6 pin SOT-23 package. It is a low cost, low power and high precision CMOS voltage reference with low operating current and low output noise. For high accuracy, the output voltage and temperature coefficient are trimmed digitally during final assembly using Analog Devices patented DigiTrim technology. Stability and system reliability are further improved by low output voltage hysteresis and low long term output voltage drift. The low operating current of ADR3425ARJZ-R7 (100µA maximum) facilitates usage in low power devices and its low output noise helps to maintain signal integrity in critical signal processing systems.
