The ADR445ARMZ is a 5.0V LDO XFET Voltage Reference with current sink and source featuring ultralow noise, high accuracy and low temperature drift performance. Using patented temperature drift curvature correction technique and XFET technology, voltage change vs. temperature nonlinearity in the ADR445ARMZ is minimized. The XFET reference offer better noise performance than buried Zener reference and XFET references operate off low supply voltage headroom (0.5V). This combination of features makes the ADR445ARMZ ideally suited for precision signal conversion applications in high-end data acquisition systems, optical networks and medical applications. The ADR445ARMZ XFET reference is the only low noise solution for 5V systems. This reference has the capability to source up to 10mA of output current and sink up to -5mA. It also comes with a trim terminal to adjust the output voltage over a 0.5% range without compromising performance.
