Intersil ISL8117FRZ-T7A Synchronous Step-down PWM Controllers are synchronous buck controllers that generate POL voltage rails and bias voltage rails for a wide variety of applications. The ISL8117FRZ-T7A has wide input and output voltage ranges, making it suitable for telecommunication and after-market automotive applications. They use the valley current modulation technique to bring hassle-free power supply design with minimal number of components and complete protection from unwanted events.
