The Rohm Semiconductor BD7F100/ BD7F200 series Isolated Flyback converters are DC-DC converters that have no optocoupler requirement. The devices come supplied in a compact HSON or HTSOPJ8 package ideal where space is limited. Suitable applications include an isolated power supply and industrial equipment. The Flyback converter features soft start, fixed switching frequency, protection against overcurrent, thermal shutdown and more.
