Analog Devices ADP5133ACBZ-R7 Dual Buck Regulator integrates two high-performance 800mA buck regulators in a tiny, 16-ball, 2mm � 2mm WLCSP package to meet demanding performance and board space requirements. ADP5133ACBZ-R7 operates from an input voltage range of 2.3V-5.5V and a BUCK1/BUCK2 output voltage range from 0.8V-3.8V. The two buck regulators operate out-of-phase to reduce the input capacitor requirement and noise. The high switching frequency of ADP5133ACBZ-R7 enables tiny multilayer external components and minimizes the board space. The regulators in the ADP5133ACBZ-R7 are activated through dedicated enable pins and achieve �1.8% accuracy. The output voltages can be externally set through a resistor feedback network. When the MODE pin is set high, When the load current falls below a predefined threshold, ADP5133ACBZ-R7 operates in power save mode (PSM) to improve the light-load efficiency. ADP5133ACBZ-R7 achieves 3MHz buck operation in forced PWM and auto PWM/PSM modes.
