The Atmel 4-Kbit 2-wire Serial EEPROM with half memory write protect, supports up to eight devices on a single 2-wire bus. The EEPROM is organized as 131,072 words x 8 bits. Optimized for industrial and commercial applications where low-power and low-voltage operations are essential. The EEPROM is available in space-saving packaging options and 1.8V (1.8V to 3.6V) and 2.5V (2.5V to 5.5V) versions.
