The SKY87609-11-578LF uses an adjustable output voltage that can be set from 0.9 V to 80% of the input voltage by an external resistive voltage divider. Internal soft-start prevents excessive inrush current without requiring an external capacitor.
The SKY87609-11-578LF includes input under-voltage and over-current protection to prevent damage in the event of a fault. Thermal overload protection prevents damage to the SKY87609-11-578LF or circuit board when operating beyond its thermal capability.
The SKY87609-11-578LF is available in a small 12-pin 2.85 mm × 3.00 mm TSOPJW package.
