Toshiba TCR3UG Series Extremely Low-Quiescent, Low-Dropout Regulators for Wearables and IOT applications offer a fast load transient and voltage regulation up to 300mA CMOS in an ultra-small package. The TCR3UG Series provides outstanding quiescent currents of <0.7uA in a small package size of 0.65 x 0.65mm making it ideal for maximizing Li-ion battery life in wearable and IOT applications, saving cost and space. When powering ?always-on systems? or maintaining ?standby mode?, the low IQ current (0.38?A typical) can preserve the single-cell Li-ion battery life. Other features include Over-current protection, Thermal Shutdown function and Auto-discharge option. The TCR3UG delivers excellent performance without sacrificing PSRR (70dB) and transient response (<60mV).
