Diodes Inc. AP9234LA-AO-HSB-7 High-Accuracy Single-Chip Solution is designed for one-cell Li+ rechargeable battery pack applications. AP9234LA-AO-HSB-7 incorporates a high-accuracy Lion battery protection chip and a dual N-channel, ultra-low RSS(ON) MOSFET with a common drain. It provides rich battery protection features and can turn-off the N-CH Mosfet by detecting overcharge voltage/current, over discharge voltage/current, or load short-circuit.
