The ZXCT1082QE5TA is a high side unipolar currentsense monitors. These devices eliminate the need to disruptthe ground plane when sensing a load current.The ZXCT1082QE5TA has a 40V maximum operatingvoltage.The wide common-mode input voltage range and lowquiescent currents coup°C with SOT25 packages makethem suitable for a range of applications; includingautomotive and systems operating from industrial 24-28Vrails.Its quiescent current is only 0.6μA thereby minimizingcurrent sensing error.The ZXCT1082QE5TA uses three externaltransconductance/gain setting resistors which increaseversatility by permitting wide gain ranges and optimization ofbandwidths.
