Ultra Low Power LDO Voltage Regulator
Very low quiescent current, only 1μA in operation, makes the XC6206P202MR series ideal for power critical applications. Designed for use with low ESR ceramic capacitors, the XC6206P202MR is capable of handling output currents over 200mA. The low drop-out performance and built-in current limit circuit make the XC6206P202MR ideal for a wide range of applications.
