Combining high speed operation with very low output noise and ultra low quiescent current the XC6219B182MR-G is ideal for RF applications in battery powered designs. Low Drop-Out spec and additional CE function help to maximize battery life.
The XC6219B182MR-G is specifically designed for use with ceramic output capacitors and is available in SOT23-5, SOT89-5 & USP-6B packages.
