Low Power Voltage Detectors
The XC61CC3901MR(D93C) series are highly precise, extremely low power consumption voltage detectors, manufactured in CMOS and utilising Torex's laser trimming technologies to ensure a wide range of possible detect voltage thresholds.
The user can also choose from CMOS and N-channel open drain output configurations and a large number of different packaging options.
