The AP2213D-2.5TRG1 is a 500mA output current fixed voltageregulator which provides low noise, very low dropoutvoltage (typically 350mV at 500mA), very lowstandby current (1μA maximum) and excellent powersupply ripple rejection (PSRR 75dB at 100Hz) in batterypowered applications, such as handsets and PDAsand in noise sensitive applications, such as RF electronics.The AP2213D-2.5TRG1 features individual logic compatibleenable/shutdown control inputs, a low power shutdownmode for extended battery life, over current protection,over temperature protection, as well asreversed-battery protection.The AP2213D-2.5TRG1 has 2.5V, 3.0V and 3.3V versions.
