The MKL05Z32VLF4 is a 32-bit Kinetis KL0x entry-level Ultra-low-power Microcontroller based on ARM Cortex-M0+ RISC architecture core operates at a maximum frequency of 48MHz. The device incorporates 32kB internal flash, 4kB internal RAM, one 12-bit SAR A/D converter, one 12-bit D/A converter, general purpose PWM and 41 general-purpose I/O pins. This device also features communication interfaces like one UART modules, one SPI module and one I2C module.
