The TLP175A(TPL,E photorelay consists of a photo MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared light emitting diode. It is housed in a 4-pin SO6 package. This photorelay requires 1mA of LED current to turn it on. It is suitable for applications that need electrical power savings.
