Panasonic AQZ Series High Capacity PhotoMOS Relays offer a space saving design and feature a low on resistance, high sensitivity, and low off state leakage current. This series now includes a model with an expanded 5A 200VDC switching capacity, allowing for usage in power generation and battery storage applications. The high capacity type power PhotoMOS can switch a wide range of currents and voltages and control various types of loads, from very small loads to a max. 10 A DC current for sequencers, motors, and lamps. The triac, photocoupler, and SSR cannot be used to control signals of less than several hundred mV. The high capacity type power PhotoMOS features extremely low closed-circuit offset voltage to enable control of low-level analog signals without distortion. Now Available!
