400 V, 120 mA AC/200 mA DC single-pole Photovoltaic Relay in a 6-pin DIP Package. This normally open solid-state relay can replace electromechanical relays in many applications. This SSR is specifically designed for telecom applications but can also be used in other applications. PVT412L employs an active current-limiting circuitry enabling it to pass FCC Part 68 and other regulatory agency current surge requirements when overvoltage protection is provided.
