Intersil's ISL8202MIRZ-T7A and ISL8205M power modules are single-channel synchronous step-down complete power supplies, capable of delivering up to 3 A and 5 A of continuous current. Operating from a single 2.6 V to 5.5 V input power rail and integrating controller, power inductor and MOSFETs, the ISL8202MIRZ-T7A and ISL8205M only require a few external components to operate and is optimized for space-constrained and portable battery-operated applications.
