The TMP05/06 series of monolithic digital temperature sensors generate a pulse width modulated output that varies in direct proportion to the ambient temperature of a device. The sensors have three modes of operation;
-Continuously converting mode
-Daisy-chain mode
-One shot mode
Applications include thermal protection, environmental control and industrial process control.
Features;
3 operation modes
-40°C to +150°C temperature range
3 V to 5.5 V power supply range
CMOS-/TTL compatible
Feature
- Modulated Serial Digital Output - Proportional to Temperature
