The AD series of temperature monitors feature an on-chip band gap temperature sensor and ADC that measure and monitor ambient temperature. The temperature reading is converted into digital form.
A key feature of the ADT temperature monitors are their flexibility to communicate with a wide range of microcontrollers due to compatibility with SPI, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™ and DSP.
Applications include PCs, hard disk drives, electronic test equipment, office equipment, domestic appliances and process control.
