AVX FLB Series Medium Power Film Capacitor is a high quality, highly reliable double safety device that has a very high dielectric strength in operating conditions up to 85�C. This high dielectric strength in AVX's FLB series capacitor is possible due to a metallized polypropylene dielectric aluminum can infused with specially treated soft PU. In addition, this series offers two safety devices: overpressure disconnect and self-healing technology. Other FLB series features include high ripple current, long life, and continued functionality after a 5% capacitance decrease, a major advantage of film capacitors over aluminum electrolytic capacitors.
