The SP5001-04TTG Series Transient Voltage Suppression (TVS) Diode from Littelfuse is a highly integrated Common-Mode Filter (CMF) that provides both electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection and common-mode EMI filtering for systems that use high speed differential serial interfaces. Its high common-mode stop band attenuation in the cellular frequency ranges effectively prevents high speed data lines from interfering with radio frequencies. The SP5001-04TTG Series can protect and filter two differential line pairs. Its low-profile RoHS-compliant TDFN-10 package and compact design offer substantial cost and space savings over discrete solutions.
