As the most accurate member of the PulSAR family, the AD7676ASTZ is the world's first 16-bit SAR ADC to guarantee an INL of 1LSB maximum.
The AD7676ASTZ is a charge redistribution SAR Analog-to-Digital Converter that operates from a single 5 V power supply. It contains a high-speed (500 kSPS) 16-Bit sampling ADC, a differential input structure, an internal conversion clock, error correction circuits, and both serial and parallel system interface ports. The AD7676ASTZ has No Missing Codes performance, a SINAD of 92 dB, consumes only 60mW power at 500 kSPS, and comes in a 48-pin LQFP package.
The AD7676ASTZ is the most accurate 16-bit SAR ADC in the industry's history and among the fastest. It also offers a dramatic improvement in power over other parts at 60 mW @ 500 kSPS.
