Trenz Electronic's TE0729 is a 5.2 cm x 7.6 cm SoC module integrating a Xilinx Zynq-7020 with 3 x Ethernet, 512 MByte DDR3 SDRAM, 32 MByte Flash memory for configuration and operation, and powerful switch-mode power supplies for all on-board voltages. A large number of configurable I/Os are provided via rugged high-speed stacking strips. One of the special features is the sulfur-resistant resistors. The Zynq-7000 SoC used on the TE0729 board integrates the software programmability of an Arm®-based processor with the hardware programmability of an FPGA, enabling key analytics and hardware acceleration while integrating CPU, DSP, ASSP, and mixed-signal functionality on a single device. There is a base board available for this module. The latest documentation, design support files, and reference designs with source files are available for download free of charge.
