The SCH3222-SX is a 3.3V Super I/O Controller with an LPCinterface. It includes a Keyboard Controller, Power Control logic, andMotherboard Glue logic.
4 full serial ports and two additional 4-Pin serial ports areprovided. The serial ports are fully functional NS16550 compatible UARTsthat support data rates up to 1.5 Mbps. System related functionality, which offers flexibility to thesystem designer, includes 23 General Purpose I/O (GPIO) controlfunctions. The product is available in commercial (0°C to+70°C and industrial (-40°C to +85°C) temperature ranges.
