The Z86E33(4K), Z86E733(8K), Z86E34(16K), Z86E43(4K), Z86743(8K) and Z86E44(16K) 8-Bit One-Time Programmable Microcontrollers are members ofsingle-chip Z8 MCU family, featuring enhanced wake-up circuitry, programmable Watch-Dog Timers, low-noise EMI options and easy hardware/software system expansion capability. Four basic address spaces support a wide range of memory configurations. The designer can access three additional control registers that allow easy access to register-mapped peripheral and I/O circuits.
