Vishay microBUCK Integrated Voltage Regulators are integrated with high-side and low-side power MOSFETs. These regulators architecture delivers ultrafast transient response with minimum output capacitance and tight ripple regulation at very light load. The microBUCK integrated voltage regulators are available in 2A, 4A, 6A, and 10A variants. These regulators are 5mm x 5mm pin-compatible, lead-free, and are available in power enhanced MLP55-27L package. The voltage regulators feature Over-Current Protection (OCP), Output Over-Voltage Protection (OVP), Short-Circuit Protection (SCP), Output Under-Voltage Protection (UVP), and Thermal Shutdown (OTP). These regulators produce an adjustable output voltage down to 0.8V from 4.5V to 60V input rail.
